- Send us your company mascot design, brand character artwork, or company logo that you'd like turned into a plush toy.
- Use the Plush Color & Style Selector Tool to find your recommended size and style. Select that same size and style when you order.
- Place your order on this page and attach your mascot or logo design as a reference.
- After we receive your order, we'll match fabric color swatches to your brand colors and send them to you for approval.
- Once you confirm the colors, we'll begin production — this takes 20–30 business days.
- We ship via DHL Express (Paid Option), and delivery takes 3–5 business days. For Free Shipping it will take 6-10 business days with Postal Service.
- So, from order to delivery, your custom mascot plush will be in your hands within 30–35 business days (with DHL Express).
- Ordering in bulk for an event, conference, or employee gifting program? Mention the quantity and delivery date in the cart note and we'll coordinate with you.
